        El lunes 11 de agosto a las 6:45 am de la mañana la estudiante  del instituto Quimbaya Angie Arenas fue arroyada por una motocicleta. ella se encontraba con un mes de embarazo.

          La joven fue trasladada de inmediato en un taxi al hospital sagrado corazón de Jesús del municipio de Quimbaya con heridas leves en su cuerpo. Ella se encontraba muy asustada por su bebe.

         En el hospital le hicieron  curación y le dieron incapacidad de 3 días pero que su bebe estaba bien. Pero el miércoles 13 de agosto a las 8:00 de la mañana empezó con hemorragia la llevaron al hospital y de allá la trasladaron al hospital del municipio de Calarcá para hacerle un degrado.

        Angie Arenas se encuentra muy débil y decaída por el momento no ha vuelto al colegio pero lo hará cuando se sienta mejor.
